Filter Press

Characteristic Benefits of filter press is that it has very few moving parts and is mainly stationary equipment. The different parts to a filter press include the steel skeleton, the plates, the hydraulic pump and cylinder, the piping which includes the manifold and center feed pipe, and the filter cloths. The simplicity of the filter press means there is little maintenance work that is needed to be done to the press.
The filter press skeleton and filter press plates need zero repairs and as long as the press is operated properly they will last a lifetime

Hydraulic Power Pack

Hydraulic Power pack Units are the main driving components of hydraulic systems. Consistently mainly of a motor, a reservoir and a hydraulic pump, these units can generate a tremendous amount of power to drive most any kind of hydraulic ram.
Hydraulic Power Units are based on Pascal's law of physics, drawing their power from ratios of area and pressure.

Heaters

Industrial heaters are used in a variety of processes where the temperature of an object or process needs to be increased. For example, lubricating oil need to be warmed before it is fed to a machine, or, a pipe might need heat tracing to prevent it from freezing in the cold.
Industrial electric heaters work by converting electrical energy into heat. The heat is then transferred to the process through various forms of heat transfer.

Hydraulic Oil Seals

Hydraulic seals are generally relatively soft, non-metallic rings captured in groove or fixed in a combination of rings, forming a seal assembly, to block or separate fluid in reciprocating motion applications. Hydraulic seals are vital in machinery. Their use is critical in providing a way for fluid power to be converted to linear motion.
A type of dynamic hydraulic seal called a rod seal is exposed to movement on its inner diameter along the shaft or rod of a hydraulic cylinder. A type of dynamic hydraulic seal called a piston seal is exposed to movement on its outer diameter along the tube or bore of a hydraulic cylinder.

Hydraulic Pump

Hydraulic pumps are used in hydraulic drive systems and can be hydrostatic or hydrodynamic. A hydraulic pump is a mechanical source of power that converts mechanical power into hydraulic energy (hydrostatic energy i.e. flow, pressure). It generates flow with enough power to overcome pressure induced by the load at the pump outlet.
When a hydraulic pump operates, it creates a vacuum at the pump inlet, which forces liquid from the reservoir into the inlet line to the pump and by mechanical action delivers this liquid to the pump outlet and forces it into the hydraulic system.

Control Panel

Hydraullc control panels are deslgned to operate monltors from a distance by using hydraullc prlnciples. Controlling unlts as a minimum consistlng of an atmospherlc pressure hydraullc oil-containing tank, an electric motor to pressurize the oil, and bidirectional dlstributlon valves.
The electric motor pressurizes the oli and sends it to a manifold where bldlrectlonal valves dlvert the flow to move monitors in one directlon or to another. For security reasons, C.S.I. S.r.l. uses manual hand operated pumps attached to the system to give the possibility to the user to operate monitors in case of power failure. Options for hydraullc control units are multiple as described below.

Double acting hydraulic cylinder

A double-acting cylinder is a cylinder in which the working fluid acts alternately on both sides of the piston. In order to connect the piston in a double-acting cylinder to an external mechanism, such as a crank shaft, a hole must be provided in one end of the cylinder for the piston rod, and this is fitted with a gland or "stuffing box" to prevent escape of the working fluid. Double-acting cylinders are common in steam engines but unusual in other engine types. Many hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders use them where it is needed to produce a force in both directions. A double-acting hydraulic cylinder has a port at each end, supplied with hydraulic fluid for both the retraction and extension of the piston. A double-acting cylinder is used where an external force is not available to retract the piston or it can be used where high force is required in both directions of travel.
